None of the guests expected this from a paralyzed bride: on her wedding day, this girl surprised everyone. You won’t believe what she did.

The moment when the bride walks down the aisle is one of the most touching moments of the wedding ceremony. In this story, this moment was even more moving.
Jacqui Goncher, a girl paralyzed from the neck down, was able to impress all the guests with her unexpected act – she got up from her wheelchair and danced.

Jacqui Goncher was paralyzed at 17 when she jumped into a friend’s pool. Doctors believed she had “no chance” of walking again, but she was determined to prove them wrong.
After numerous sessions of physical therapy and gymnastics, the girl managed to get back on her feet for a short time. She made this huge step on her wedding day.

When she became engaged to Andy Goncher, her future husband, she had a special wish – to dance with him during the ceremony.
Jacqui said, “I couldn’t stand for more than 30 minutes because of my blood pressure. I knew I could walk down the aisle with the help of my family, but what I really wanted to do was stand and dance.” And after much effort, she managed to make her dream come true.

The 30-year-old woman told only a few close friends about her decision. She wanted it to be a surprise for everyone. And she succeeded.
“I kept looking at the floor because I was so nervous and excited. According to my family, a lot of people were crying,” the bride said.
